Scientists have done many experiments and the result is that mostly all bears hibernate/sleep the whole winter. There are very few types of bears that do not hibernate the whole winter. The sloth bear, though, does sleep all winter.

American black bears spend much of the winter dormant, but scientists do not consider them true hibernators, because they frequently awaken from deep sleep to leave their winter dens for short periods. Their dens may be caves; hollow, standing or fallen trees; or burrows.
They hibernate in the winter when it is the coldest and food is scarce. Contrary to popular belief, not all bears go to sleep in the beginning of winter and emerge in the spring. Most bears will come out a few times during the winter but go back in to continue to hibernate.
Asiatic black bears, and even sloth bears and sun bears. Tigers sometimes will prey on these species. None are a threat to a tiger at all.
do you mean migration?? And if so migration is moving to a different area birds migrate south for warmer weather in the winter months. Hibernation is what bears do, they just sleep all winter.
no
Bengal and sumatran tigers do kill sloth bears on some occasions and sometimes feed on them. There has been videos recorded on a bengal tiger preying on a very big boar sloth bear. On some occasions, however, an adult boar sloth bear can defend itself quite well from a tiger since sloth bears can be very fierce and very defensive, showing their giant claws when standing upright and raising their fury hair on their heads. They can even steal prey from big male leopards or chase them all the way up to the trees.
