they run in the wild.
Wild guinea-pigs don't live in the rainforest. There's not enough food there on the ground level for them, as they like grasses and grains. They're more likely to live in open, grassy areas, and find shelter by hiding within grass tussocks or even living in burrows abandoned by other animals.
Wild animals are not bred down or domesticated. They are not tamed or meant to live with humans they are suppose to run free.
Three toed sloths mainly eat leaves and buds; Two-toed sloths eat a larger variety of food: It consists of leaves, fruits, buds, nuts, berries, bark, shoots, stems, and occasionally small prey. I've also heard that they commonly eat eucalyptus leaves.
Definitely, as long as you are careful not to get killed by one. Sloths won't go out of their way to run you down, and the Three-toed variety are generally calmer, but they are still wild animals. Really either kind could bite you or kill you with their claws if they felt threatened or if you got too close. Sloths at the zoo are more used to humans, so they wouldn't get startled/annoyed as easily, but they have killed dogs that went up to them barking, for instance.
Ostriches could live in australia but it isnt very usual for them to. They mostly live in open areas with other forest animals and run in the wild.

Yes some hamster do live outside. They are wild hamsters. I DO NOT recommend trying to catch one. First of all, the wild hamster live across the world from the U.S. Second, if you did live across the world, and you did just so happen to catch one, do not keep it as a pet. Wild hamsters are not used to living in a tiny cage, without their pack. The wild hamsters run around in packs in deserts usually. Have a nice day!
