"no.
sloths most likely do not make good pets.
for one, their natural habitat may be disturbed, they are also very cute and cuddly. but most likely not the very best pet you can find...try a cat"
First off this guy has no idea what he is talking about. You don't answer a question with the phrase "most likely." If you don't know the answer then don't answer the question!
Secondly it's all a matter of opinion. I keep several exotic animals that people often times don't even realize are legal. In my opinion sloths are pretty good pets. I do not own one personally but two of my friends have some and I pet sit for them often. They are very cuddly and actually very active in captivity. People all ways think of them as slow and lazy but if you spend enough time with them they get very active and affectionate. They love to just hug you and hang on to you and they really enjoy games. My friends sloths really enjoy peek-a-boo and tickling. The down side is, just like any animal, they require certain space and food issues. Sloths eat mostly insects and leaves. It's never been an issue for either of my friends to provide these because they can eat almost any kind of leaf. Also they are supplemented with all natural food and sloth mix. So as long as you can provide them what they need they do make very fun and loving pets. Careful though their nails do get long and can scratch when they go in for the hug!
Thirdly I'm not a cat fan so I disagree with his last statement to.
Good Luck!
Sloths are wild animals, and therefore do not make good pets.
no they are not
Two-toed sloths are nocternal. So yes two toed sloths have good eyesight.
Sadly no, Maryland does not allow sloths as pets.

they run in the wild.
yes ghost ants make really good pets
Salamanders make great pets.
Beagles are usually very happy dogs. Generally not "hyper" but not "sloths" either. They make great pets. They are high energy small "big" dogs. Usually not considered "yappy" dogs. They are a good mid range dog. They are good playing with smaller dogs such as pugs and Chihuahuas and are also good playing with bigger dogs such as Labradors
because sloths are usually good at hiding and their greenish fur make it hard for a person who work at the forest
red eared slider turtles make good pets.

sloths are not supposed to be pets so by buying one you are taking away part of that area so they are expensive
