yes! they love to eat leaves, only if they are land snails. but you have to remember that they need to stay moist!!! hope that helped!!!! p.s., at least the kind of snails i have eat leaves and need to b moist.....

They eat most vegitation, including mushrooms. They may eat grass, and they sometimes eat clovers. In their tank, just make sure to include murky water, mud, and lots of vegetation. - slug lova

Snails eat a variety of vegetation, including leaves. However, I recommend you check which leaves you are feeding the snails as some may be poisonous to them.

Also, generally I recommend you buy something like lettuce or cucumber, they are much better for the snails and there's no chance that they may be poisonous. If you are keeping wild snails, which I wouldn't recommend, they will tend to eat anything, but they know what is poisonous to them.

Yes, snails do indeed eat clover. There are some species of snails including the Roman snails who prefer clover over other foods.
