Incomplete/Gradual. To my knowledge this is true of all moluscs.
2.
Slugs are not poisonous to chicken or poultry in general. Slug pellets which are used to kill slugs are poisonous to chickens.
In actuality, slugs do not have four noses. What people perceive as four noses on slugs are really two pairs of tentacles.
no! they don't have mouthes...do they?
I'd argue the slugs drowning in water, i put slugs into my fish tank for the fish and they just move around as normal, maybe the will drown over time i'm not sure they don't last that long, one even made it to the top of my tank
snails go through incomplete metamorphosis because the larvae and the adult look the same.
Neither. Alligators are not a species which undergo metamorphosis. Incidentally, why was this classified under Slugs and Snails?
Yes. Rifled slugs are intended to be fired through a smoothbore barrel. Sabot slugs are intended to be fired through rifled barrels.
NO!! A choke makes slugs dangerous. DO NOT fire slugs through ANY choke, ever. The life you save may be your own.
Rifled slugs. Sabot slugs will not be as accurate- hose are meant for rifled barrels.
The natural way for humans to release gas (fart) is through their anal cavity, where slugs do fart but its through their eyeball. Weird i know but they even wee through their eyeball too.
Guns that shoot slugs are specially designed for slugs. It depends on your gun but most are not designed for this purpose I do not recommend testing it for if they are not the right barrels they WILL break.
Some bolt action shotguns had an adjustable choke, and it is generally NOT recommended that slugs be fired through those. If there is no adjustable choke at the muzzle, your shotgun should be fine. Stay with rifled slugs.
they constantly breathe in and out. Their moist skin does that
It absorbs nutrients through its skin.
