No- snakes are carnivores- meat eaters. But they will hang around bird feeders- trying to get a bird- not birdseed.
No bird-seed attracts a hawk, these are carnivores. They only eat meat, even meat from other dead birds.

No, you have to have the Radiant Roxy Rose seed to attract Roxy the Precious Prism.
If your feeder is such that a large amount of seed is falling to the ground, yes it will attract rodents. You can either switch feeders or get a add on platform that catches the seed and stops it from falling to the ground, allowing the birds to eat it and not be wasted.
