We don't know, we have yet to find an alien race.
Bur here on Earth, the crustaceans and some arthropods use copper in their blue blood for the transport of oxygen. Haemocyanin is the name for this transport material.

∙ 11y agoAssuming you mean extraterrestrial aliens, then we don't know that there are any or that if there are that they even have blood, let alone what color it might be.
