Yes as I find it hard to use the footpedals on an actual piano but I have a keyboard and found it much easier to learn how to play than a piano.

It's not ideal, but some digital pianos have weighted keyboards that make them very similar to "real" pianos.

The place to find a good answer for that is to go to your local music store that sells keyboards. However, most keyboards you find at Bestbuy are learning keyboards. They have the keys that light up and some can even tell you what fingers to play. The only thing is its almost impossible to learn anything from those keyboards. I have been playing piano for ten years and I have tried learning a song like that recently and it was basically impossible. In the long run there isn't really a digital piano that will help you learn piano. You're better to go with a piano teacher who will teach you way more things that a keyboard could ever teach like learning to play with more feeling and phrasing of notes etc.

An acoustic piano does not. I do not know about digital pianos. An electronic piano does not need actual magnets. The speakers used to produce the sounds do have magnets in them. Additionally, the electronics may include transformers and wire coils which do become magnetic to some extend while they are functioning.
