Yes, but it is called "Navidad". Santa Claus is called "Papa Noel". They also celebrate Three Kings Day which they call "Reyes Mago" or "El Dia de los Reyes".

Christmas Eve is a special time also. Christmas dinner is never eaten before midnight on Christmas Eve. Piles of fruit, flowers, sweets, candles, and other decor decorate the towns. The Spanish Christmas lasts a few weeks after December 25th. On January 5th children put their shoes on the doorstep filled with hay or barley for the camels that carry the Three Wise Men. January 6th is spent watching parades where people hand out cakes and candy.

The answer above is wrong they don't have santa Papa Noel is french

The Spanish do celebrate Christmas but in there own way. Children leave there shoes out by there bed and it will be filled with treats and goodies, the next day. There is also a big festival and children go and sit up on the three kings laps instead of Santa.
