No. There was no Ford F-350 in 1998. Ford produced a F-250 HD Heavy Duty which was in the same series as the F-350, however, the F-350 line was totally dropped at the end of the 1997 model year. This was in anticipation of the all new 1999 "Super Duty" series which started in early 1998.
In 1997 they had a towing capacity of 12,500 pounds. F-350's did not have and still don't have a combination weight rating because they are not manufactured to only pull trailers.
