I don't know of any countries that celebrate Kwanzaa. I believe it is more likely celebrated by pockets of people who have embraced the principals of the holiday. Thereore, it can be celebrated by any black population around the world. Certainly there are French people who celebrate it.

Yes, they are Christians No, not all Quakers/Friends celebrate Christmas or other christian days such as Easter. God is within us all and is personal. We should not celebrate these days as God is within us. Having outward displays are not necessary.
Christmas in Ireland is the same length as it is in every other country. It is 12 days. People tend to stop celebrating only after a few days, and that is the same in Ireland as it is in other countries. So Ireland doesn't really celebrate Christmas any longer than any other country.
