taco shells do no contain gluten ....WRONG ! .Please be careful to research your answers, many people can have serious allergic reaction, although corn is the main ingredient most retailers and restaurant hard taco shells have gluten in them

They are naturally gluten free but are subject to cross contamination. On the Goya brand it says may contain wheat. Arrowhead Mills is the only one that I have been able to find that will list their split peas as gluten free on their website.
Most crackers are made with wheat, which contains gluten. So unless your crackers have a "Gluten-Free" label, or do not say "Contains Wheat" in the nutrition facts, I would assume that they do contain gluten. it also depends on the brand
