I have a bottle of forever living 'aloe lotion' in front of me. I can see in the ingredients list : methylparaben, Propylparaben, Diazolidnyl Urea, Petrolatum and 'fragrance ' listed as some of the ingredients. All of these have been linked to skin irritation or diseases in humans, even cancer. Green products such as 'faith in 'nature' brand and 'green people' don't use chemicals like these for that reason. I drink the aloe vera juice and that contains sodium benzoate as a preservative but apart from this no nasties. I used to be a distributor for FLP but most people would pick up on the parabens etc and return the products to me or not want to buy them in the first place and I couldn't argue with that.

Products aren't designed to last forever because people would buy the product and won't buy it again cause you can use it forever. In short,if the manufacturer will create a product that lasts forever,people will buy it and use it forever and they will never buy it again cause it lasts forever. Economy problem.
