The main difference is in how the key loggers report their findings. The paid loggers anonymously upload or transmit their data to a predefined location whereas many of the free key loggers lack this capability.

Your windows vista is able to use pretty much any 2011 tax software that would work on other computers. The only ones that might not work are the ones that are only Mac compatible.

There are some free anti virus software available but it is not as good as the paid ones. If the virus is preventing you from being able to use your virus software you will have to go into safe mode and remove the virus manually.
