The tithe money does not belong to the pastor. It belongs to the church and they have a budget determining how the tithes will be used to carry out the ministry of the church and meet their legal obligations. The pastor is paid a salary. Some pastors don't receive a salary if they already have another income. Rabbi's receive a salary too.
no, because they are not allowed to go their because of their past.
Church of the Tithes was created in 1842.

no. you must pay your tithes to a church
First of all in order for a pastor to question your tithes, the Pastor has to know how much you make. If the Pastor thinks that the member is not giving the proper amount in tithes, then the Pastor and the member could sit down together so that the Pastor could explain about Tithing and what percentage should be given to the church and not to the pastor. Also, the Pastor has to take into account that the member could be working on commission or getting social security, unemployment or some other income therefore the tithing amounts could change each time. They can certainly challenge you on your tithe if they feel that's the right thing to do. They cannot do anything about it if you state that you are giving what you feel is right.
The tithes are used, for the pastors salary, the upkeep of the church and paying the electric bills etc.
Yes, they go to church and they have a pastor
Sometimes, but usually the church council decides who will become the next pastor. If the church has no council, then the clergy members of the church will come together and decide which one of them will be pastor.
im not really sure but when i go to the church they give u a paper about the church
Wait for what? To get a new Pastor? We have a guy at our Church who Preaches if our Pastor can't make it to Church or if he passes away
WHAT?! No, a pastor of ANY church cannot ask someone to move out of town and any good, Christian pastor would never do that! The only thing a pastor may do is if he feels that a member of a church has committed a bad sin and will not confess, the pastor can have the church vote on it and the person may be asked to leave the church, but NO PASTOR can kick someone out of town and if that is what's happening, than that pastor is not a good, Christian pastor and he should be reported to the head of the district for whatever denomination his church is.
