We purchased the Jitterbug for my own grandmother. It is AWESOME!! This phone has big buttons. But mostly what we like most about the phone for her is that we pre-program it to have only a select few numbers: her sons, her daughters and her doctor. she just pushes the down arrow to get these numbers with a big screen that displays their name. It is an excellent choice for the elderly person.
