Yes. San Francisco makes proof coins every year in all denominations from cents to dollars. However these are only sold to collectors. The last circulating S-mint coins were cents struck in 1974 and dollars struck in 1980.

FWIW mint marks are never printed on a coin. The normal term is "struck"; "printed" refers to paper and ink.

What is the most valuable penny year?

The most valuable and desireable Lincoln cent is the 1909 S VDB coin. If you have a 1909 S minted cent, flip the coin over to the reverse side and look at the bottom between the wheat ears. If you see the initials "V.D.B." there in very small print, you have a highly sought after Lincoln cent. A coin in average condition (about VG20) will fetch about $1000 in the current (2011) market. "V.D.B." was the coin designer's initials and stand for "Victor D. Brenner".

What is the value of a 3 cent piece with no date?

All 3 cent pieces issued by the US Mint had dates. If yours is worn so the date is not on it anymore then you will have to be know whether it is a silver 3 cent or a nickel 3 cent. The nickel 3 cent is about the size of a dime and the silver 3 cent is smaller than a dime. Without a date the value of these coins would be about $1-$2 for the silver 3 cent and about 25-50 cents for the nickel 3 cent.
