Sailor moon is no longer on the air because no one has renewed the license to show the series. Since sailor moon is an older anime and since a majority if not all of the episodes have been shown on the air at one time or the other (with the exception of Sailor Stars who has never been licensed in English due to some of it's content being controversial) without high ratings it is unlikely that sailor moon will be coming back to English television.
