technically, it depends on the tiger, state of tiger and time of year. as a rule of thumb, tigers are solitary and reclusive but females will become a little friendlier to males during mating season, orange/white, while males will become more aggressive, fighting other males protecting territory and females. if a tiger's generally more friendly it might get along more. if a tiger's injured or sick, it will defend itself or cover up its weakness, becoming more aggressive and prone to attack.

Maybe. It mainly depends on the gerbils and dogs themselves. Some dogs like small animals and really want to play with them, some don't. Most gerbils get really timid around bigger animals, but not all.
