no, not unless there is some programmer with enough time and/or passion to take on the project. It is easy to tell you just to go back to limewire, but you got into bearshare for the speed of the program, right?. For a native cocoa (fast, will work on mac) client, i would try Poisoned. Many people claim excellent results, but I just can't get it working. Frostwire (open source limewire) is pretty and has a chat client. It is still written in java (slow) , so it may not be a winner for you. I used to be dependent on the guentilla network until i discovered torrents. Do some reading on wikipedia about how torrents work, then go to tpb (search tpb on google). They work much better for me and now there are alot of torrents for music.
