Although nuts have been researched and proofed to be good for your skin and hair, they do cause weight gain if you consume them daily or almost daily in your diet.
Cashews as such don't make you fat. It's regularly eating more calories than you use up that make you fat.
The trouble with cashews is that they're so high in calories, that it's really easy to overeat. Unless the rest of your diet is really strict, you can only have a small handful each day.
