If you are putting the clock forward, going in at 11am actually feels like going in at 10am, because your body has still only timed 23 hours since the last 11am - the clock has made an extra hour disappear. However, if you are moving the clock back, you gain an hour, and so it will feel like going in at 12pm instead.
