Whales are incapable of swallowing anything bigger than a large grapefruit. A whale could certainly kill the shark if it hit it with its tail. The force from the blow from the tail would shatter the bullshark's skull and spine.
However an Orca whale can eat a seal because it is the only whale with teeth, so maybe an Orca could eat a bullshark but definitley no other whale would have a hope of eating one.
