yes
In driving a one way sign means that traffic can only travel in the direction of the one way sign. It is a traffic violation to travel in the opposite direction for any reason and it applies to motor vehicles and bicycles.
Generally it means that the cars on the other side of the line will be travelling in the opposite direction as you are. A white line means that the traffic is facing the same direction as you, or that there is no travel across the line (shoulder).
Thrust.
It travels from negative to positive. The opposite of what you might think.
A force that works opposite to the direction of travel is known as friction. Friction opposes motion between surfaces in contact with each other, causing resistance that slows down or stops the movement of an object.
Traffic signs with arrows indicate the direction that vehicles should travel in a specific lane or at an intersection.
Drag
Applying more force in the direction of travel will increase the acceleration and therefore speed. If more force is applyed opposite to the direction of travel, acceleration will decrease.
If a bus runs opposite northeast, it would be traveling south southwest.
The arrow opposite the direction of travel is the air resistance or drag.
A double solid white line is used to define a traffic lane where travel in the same direction is permitted on both sides of the line but no changing or crossing of lanes.
It is only a RIGHT turn that is legal on a red signal. The reason is, that it is basically a 'merge' situation - you are merging into a stream of traffic going the same direction you are. To turn left on red means you would have to travel entirely across a lane of traffic that could be moving OPPOSITE the direction you wish to travel. The danger is too great and thus, is not allowed.
