They are different. Due to breeding, dogs teeth are usually less large and the jaw not as strong as their wolf relatives. Many dogs do not have a very good bite and their canines do not interlock like a wolfs.

I''m not completely sure as I''ve never walked up to a wolf and looked attheir teeth...

But I do know from books that It depends on what breed o dog were tralking about. But, wolves tend to have narrower jaws, longer canines, and that's about the only differances they have to most dogs

Wolves have both, teeth & fangs. Fangs are also known as canines or eye teeth and stomach teeth. Essentially, fangs are teeth, too.
