A simple one you you can do at home is push ups!
An exercise ball can be used to develop many different muscle groups. Placing one hand on an exercise ball while doing a push up will help develop the pectorial and latimus dorsi muscles. Doing a crunch while seated on an exercise ball will help develop oblique muscles.

Men do more physical work then women normally and they have less testosterone and that makes building muscles VERY hard for women
because most women do exercise so they can keep fit and healthy By Jessam <3
the chest is made out of 4 main muscles, to get a square chest you simply must build all four muscles the two main are the upper and lower pectorial if you only work on the lower pecs you will end up with round shaped chest, most people say its genetics but don't have a clue what there going on about, you simply have to build all 4 chest muscles to get the natural square shape underneath. for the upper chest you must do more incline press, for the lower try simple bench press or press ups.
