Talk is important to increase the vitality and mental awareness of a country. In fact, talk of pacifism makes actual military threats that come from your country seem credible because a country that chooses violence has a much stronger will to carry it out. In addition, it preserves the humanity of the country and requires the soldiers to think before they commit atrocities, because the nation will not provide blanket acceptance of their actions.

A nation has to be united in the face of a common threat and the appearance of disunity will increase an enemy's will to take apart the country. In addition, pacifists refuse to serve in war, which makes the number of soldiers available for defense decrease. Discussions of pacifism hamper the government from actively and successfully recruiting both men and mentalities to hold fast and strong to the ideals of the country, which should be defended.
