A good argument can be made that there is only one ocean because there are no physical barriers separating the oceans from one another. For example, one can travel from the Pacific Ocean to the Atlantic Ocean by boat simply by sailing around the southern tip of South America.
yes because they attach each other
The Arctic Ocean is the smallest ocean. It Is one tenth the size of the Pacific ocean.
There is nothing to agree about the Earth is made of 2/3 water, so that means that there is more water than land and the extra water can't be floating around somewhere so they will just have to be connected, and the fact that you probably think that, is the different names is because they are in different areas. But the black sea is pretty arguable to me, though a science teacher would know better that me.
The one major ocean in the time of Pangaea has been termed as Panthalassa.
The World Ocean.
The heat transfers through the entire ocean, since its technically one big global ocean.

stars really vary in size, but our sun could fit about 13 million earths I side of it
Be one. Be a really nice person, and find things you agree on.
an ocean is the great body of water that covers much of the earths surface.continents divide the waters into three major oceans and one small ocean. from the biggest to the smallest they are the pacific ocean the atlantic ocean and the Indiand ocean.the fourth and the smallest ocean is the Arctic ocean.
Yes! I believe that the sea is the one place on Earth we know NOTHING about! I really want to know more about the creatures, habitats, and ecosystems in the ocean. Not to mention plants, tides, and hydrothermal vents!
