Please explain what a 'turing saint' is as your question makes no sense to me.
A:Perhaps it is not so important whether I agree with this, but whether I ought to do so. In other words, was Mother Teresa a truly holy person without moral blemish. On the evidence, it would seem not. Mother Teresa founded the Missionaries of Charity which, in fairness to others working with the poor of Calcutta but with less publicity, was one of the smaller charities in Calcutta. Her work and achievements have been greatly exaggerated by the Catholic Church which, since Mother Teresa's death, has moved quickly to declare her a saint.Aroup Chatterjee, in a deposition submitted in February 1998 to the committee for beatification/canonization of Mother Teresa, said that if the Committee wants to confer sainthood on Mother Teresa for being an exceptional Catholic, then no doubt such honour is deserved. If on the other hand, sainthood is something the Committee would confer on somebody who is also more than ordinarily honest, "humble", dedicated to the poor, free of falsehoods and above all a person of unique integrity, then in his opinion Mother Teresa fell short of a being a shining example.
They spend most of there time calling people who do not agree with them ignorant and narrow-minded.
Alan Turing would likely have appreciated Norbert Wiener's belief in the potential of machines to exhibit intelligent behavior, as both thinkers were pioneers in the field of cybernetics and artificial intelligence. However, Turing might have emphasized the importance of formal mathematical frameworks for understanding intelligence, as evidenced by his development of the Turing Test. While he would agree on the implications of machines processing information, he might have critiqued Wiener's broader philosophical claims about consciousness and autonomy in machines. Ultimately, Turing's focus would be on the practical capabilities of machines rather than their philosophical implications.

In the year 1936, The Turing machine was developed featuring computability and was considered a universal machine. I do not agree. There is no such thing as "the Turing machine", at least not as a material machine. It is a purely theoretical machine, it features, among other things a tape of infinite length. Turing did help in building Colossus, a system used to break German ciphers, but I think this was in 1943. He also worked on the so-called bombs which were a further development of a Polish code-breaking approach (see related link). Who built the first computer is, however, subject of a lot of debate. Turing was certainly one of the first to describe the concept of computability mathematically using his theoretical machine.
