Just talk with him bout it and learn as much bout bipolarness as you can..that's what I'm tryin to do.. and DON'T give up on him regardless.. unless he's not doing anything to try and control it.
This disorder you are generally born with, so anybody with it gets mad/sad/happy in like five seconds. Bipolarness is probably found in places that are in war like Iraq, for instance. Hope that helps!
