No you do not capitalize time zones. This would have answered my question, IF the additional questions following this one, which were asked about various time zones, had NOT been answered using capital letters! Basically you said no, then when I clicked forward and a question asked which time zone is blah, blah, blah? You answered: the Eastern Standard Time Zone! Please be consistent!
