I found this, maybe it will help. I know I leave mine on after they have bloomed, since they only bloom once a year.Seasons of Interest: Foxgloves have strong seasons of interest with the grey-green leaf rosettes, the interesting summer flowers and the winter seed heads some gardeners leave standing for interest in the fall and winter.

How do you care for for foxglove?

It is important to grow foxglove plants in partial shade in a well-drained, acidic soil. Well established foxglove plants will tolerate dry shade. Foxglove plants are susceptible to crown rot (rotting of the stem caused by fungal disease), so provide them with sufficient drainage. In order to avoid other common diseases in foxglove plants, give the plant a lot of space in order to help promote good circulation.Side Note: Foxglove plants are one of the most poisonous plants that are commonly grown. Do not grow them if small children and/or pets spend a significant amount of time in the yard.

Information on pinching back tomatoes?

Tomato plants will put up one main stem and then grow side stems off of the main stem. Suckers will start growing out of the area where the side stem shoots off of the main stem. To prune or pinch your sucker off, simply grab it at its base and snap off. I have linked an article that also gives a photo to show how easy it is to prune your tomato plants.
