no you don't
I would not think so
i belive you do, they are starting to become tighter on those laws across the US... but i think it goes away after 5 years or maybe less....
In California you are allowed to attend traffic school for point reduction only once every 18 months.
no
Depends on your insurance. The violation, 22348(c), results in a point on your driving record (at least in California) if you do not take traffic school (or otherwise contest the ticket). And most often, your insurance will increase when points go on your record.
I was 10 over with a clean record prior to the infraction and it cost $203 to pay and plead guilty, or $252 to opt for driving school to keep the point off my record.
you'll get more than one point. i just got my first speeding ticket and that speeding ticket alone will be 1 point.
Every 3 years you Lose a point ...as long as the ticket is paid
Yes.
only if its before you pay the ticket
Yes, the premium will be adversly affected. There will be no increase if you go to traffic school. If you allow the ticket to stay on your record you will lose the distinguished driver discount in addition to the surcharge. There are certain steps that can be taken to offset the increase, call your agent. Best Regards, Allstate Agent in California
A seat belt ticket is a non-moving violation and does not add points towards your license.
