If you are a permanent resident of the US, you are required to keep your green card with you.
A "Green Card" is the old term of a US Permanent Resident Visa. However, the Permanent Resident Visa is now no longer printed on green paper, nor is it credit-card sized. It's a historical term for the visa.

Yes provided that relative is a permanent resident or green card holder or a US citizen. Once they petition for relative depending on the eligibility and availability of visa the relative would be issued a immigrant visa to enter US after which will be issued green card.
No - a Green card means your a permanent legal resident. ESTA is only used for Visa holders and waivers
If you are a conditional resident 90 days before it expires you need to adjust status and get the green card with 10 years validity. Permanent lawful resident can stay as long as they want provided they renew their green card which is valid only for 10 years.
If you are also a US citizen, you need to carry both passports and they should be valid. If you are a Canadian citizen and have green card, you need a valid Canadian passport with your green card.
You are able to. I was a permanent resident with a green card( actually pink) and i went to Mexico and Canada with it.
If the marriage was purely for the purpose of obtaining a Green card and if the USCIS comes to know of it, then the Green card will be revoked. The person will get to lose the legal permanent resident status.
yes certainly there is. it is appropriately called Permanent Resident Card in Canada and it is used by many people across the country just as Green Card in the US.
A "Green Card" is permanent resident card. By definition you can NOT live somewhere else. You can live in the USA and holiday elsewhere, but not the other way around.
Someone with a green card is a legal resident, it will be about the same requirements as for US citizen to get a marriage license, check with your county clerk if you have any doubt over this matter.
