First, snorting any pill with acetaminophen (a.k.a., Tylenol) WILL BURN your inner nose upon snorting it. The nasal burning would be comparable to and equally as destructive to your nasal passages as Snorting cheap methamphetamine is., so yes, you might get high for a couple minutes, but the Tylenol in the medicine is not water soluble, and will give you a terrible headache every time you use in this fashion. "The High" will basically go unnoticed by the user, due to the pain involved. It's not worth the small high you would get, if any. Also, snorting pills as opposed to swallowing them intensifies addiction to the drug immensely. The bad parts totally outweigh the benefits, so much so that the "benefits" are hardly noticeable, if at all.

You can smoke Codeine, yes. There is a certain method of doing so, simply burning the pill in a pipe or water-pipe will just burn it, not leaving any vapor to be smoked. Remember, when any chemical is smoked, you don't actually smoke the burnt smoke, you smoke vapor, which is "steam" from the melted chemical. Codeine is no exception. T3's is loaded with fillers such as acetaminophen, this can not be smoked.

Tylenol 3 has acetaminophen and codeine. If you take too much you will do serious liver damage that may result in death due to liver failure or at the very least a trip to the hospital. If you drink alcohol the effects can be worse.
