Probably not. HIV is almost always transmitted in the blood or in sexual fluids. Sucking on a breast, and there are no open wounds is not likely to transmit HIV, however you could get some other disease that way, if your partner was infected with some illness. Have a doctor do a medical checkup if you think you might have caught something. Many diseases show no outward symptoms until the disease is untreatable.
