Sometimes it depends on your age and how long you have had your driving license. As long as you are over 21 years old, and this is your only ticket in the past 3 years, you shouldn't have to worry about loosing your license. If I were you, if you have a clean record prior to this, I would try to speak to the Probate Judge or Magistrate in teh area where you were tickets. Tell them you had a clean record and want to try to keep this record. Be willing to pay a fine if it will stay off your record. Most local Judges have authority to do this for people with a clean record. I have been successful with this three or four times in the past twenty years.
It is important to drive the safe speed limit that is posted. A speeding ticket in Florida will add points to a North Carolina license.
Yes Oregon will report the ticket to North Carolina and if the ticket is 15 mph or more over the speed limit North Carolina will suspend your North Carolina drivers license.
Normally you receive three points for going any speed over 55. You can go to court and argue before the judge to receive less points if you were going close to the speed limit.

Yes it will. If the ticket is for more than 15 over the speed limit NC will suspend your license. You can hire a Florida ticket clinic to handle it for you.
A Virgina speeding ticket does transfer to your North Carolina driving record and may result in an insurance increase or suspension of your North Carolina license. If the speeding ticket is in excess of 15mph over the speed limit, it is an automatic suspension of your license. Normally, it is a good idea to contest every speeding ticket or at least be absolutely sure you know the consequences.
A North Carolina speeding ticket for more than 15mph over the speed limit will result in a suspension of our North Carolina license and a huge increase in your North Carolina auto insurance. It is a mandatory court appearance so you either have to show for court or retain an attorney to appear on your behalf. At this speed I strongly recommend that you retain a North Carolina traffic attorney and let him negotiate a reduction.
North Carolina's statute of limitations are very basic and simple. Armed robbery is going to be brought as a felony charge. If the crime is a felony of any type there is no limit. Malicious misdemeanors have not limit either. Other misdemeanors are set at 2 years.

You can babysit 4 children without a daycare license. If you are going to do this as a business, then you need to get a license.
