Ya it's fine but make sure to take out the bones
I would avoid it. It isn't really harmful for your dog but it could give them diarrhea.
Tuna fish is OK for dogs - it is a good source of protein and unsaturated fatty acids that help support muscle development. However, tuna are predatory fish at the top of the food chain, so there is a risk of mercury poisoning if you feed too much tuna fish to your dog. There is also a slight risk that your dog may have a food allergy to tuna fish - if your dog develops unexplainable skin rashes, you should ask your veterinarian about this.
i give to my toy fox terrier on occations six years later still good
tuna
Some dogs can be allergic to tuna; if you suspect your dog has a tuna allergy, you should stop feeding it to him. Also, check your dog food to make sure tuna (or fish, if the species isn't identified) isn't one of the ingredients.
