Of course they will! Naruto doeesn't hate Sakura, he was just hurt and frustrated over her actions. He's still in love with her. Something like that won't change how he feels, especially if Sakura was doing it for him. As for Sakura, of course she won't hold anything against him either. They care too much about each other for that.
