I recommend Duolingo. I've completed all of the Spanish levels and some of the French ones. The app is a lot of fun and it makes learning natural.
I very much recommend Label Spanish, it teaches Spanish with actual text lessons, it's not only pressing buttons around. It kinda feels like having a teacher.
I'm not sure if it is the very best, but you could try Duolingo. It's a free app.

A person can buy Spanish language learning games at Rosetta Stone, although it is extremely costly and the games may not be great, learning the Spanish language will be a reward in and of itself.
Spanish pronunciation videos always help. You can try out spanishlanguageonline.com, a site that has a ton of videos that relate to learning Spanish. There's a category for Spanish Pronunciation.
I found an app on Play store named Boto the pink dolphin I downloaded it for my niece to play games actually but later I came to know that is not to play games but also for learning, really its very nice to have app like this. Boto the pink dolphin app would be very useful to improve our kids learning ability.
