when you write a birthday letter, it has something to do with the heart.. you should say and put it on paper what your hearts dictate. the birthday celebrant will accept your letter specially when you wrote it with all your heart. ofcourse it has an intro body and conclusion,but i guess it is not necessary to follow the template of writing birthday letters, most of them are written by hearts...

Inside you will put the name of the person the birthday party is for; the date of the birthday party; the place where the birthday party is being held; the host/hostess of whomever is having the party; their address and phone number. Also add when you would like a reply to the invitation and make sure it is a good 2 - 3 weeks before the event. If you are having a party and want guests to bring their own alcohol be sure you put this on your invitation and state you are supplying he mixer and food.
