I replaced my whole top with a one piece top with plastic rear window. It only cost $246 on eBay and it came with all the instructions I needed. It took me a weekend to do and it was easier than I thought. The only disadvantage of the one piece top, which I didn't find out until it was installed, is that it doesn't fit as well into the "boot" when open and the boot cover won't quite fit.
