yes because you need to activate pal park.
You have to see (or catch) every poke in the shinno pokedex
either you get Pokemon emerald or Sapphire, and if you want them on diamond or pearl you have to beat the elite four and then migrate.
When you beat the elite 4 then bebe gives u an eevee
Beat The Elite 4
Yeahz, but you have to beat the game. Its on your way to White Forest/Black city.
When you beat the elite four in Diamond/Pearl you can migrate Pokemon from your GBA games.

First you have to migrate the Pokemon to diamond(have to beat elite 4) Then you trade the Pokemon to Pokemon white
In order to utilize the 'PalPark' feature of Diamond & Pearl, the trainer must defeat the elite four.
no you can't but you can migrate from other game packs in pal park after you beat the elite four
You have to see (or catch) every poke in the shinno pokedex

you need to beat the E4
If you want an anorith in Pokemon diamond, you have to migrate it from Pokemon ruby, sapphire, or emerald. I used to have Pokemon diamond and Pokemon emerald and I would migrate Pokemon all the time. You have to beat the elite four first, then you will be able to go to pal park. Anorith evolves into Armaldo at level 40.
you don't gotta beat red to migrate just put both games in then when it sez like new game continue just scroll down the it sez like migrate from ruby the when you migrated go to the pal park in fuchsia city
Not directly. You have to migrate to diamond pearl platinum heartgold or soulsilver first and then after you beat the elite 4 in white you can connect 2 da systems to migrate from diamond pearl platinum heartgold or soulsilver over to Pokemon black or white.
Unfortunatly, yes you do. I haven't beaten the Champion yet and on Pokemon Diamond & Pearl, you can't migrate until you beat the Elite Four. Which I think is weird because you've already beaten the game.
