If you downloaded it from iTunes, in order for them to be able to listen to it you have to unlock the song with your iTunes password on their computer. If it was on a CD and you put the songs that were on the CD on your computer, you could just send it to them.
Sony doesn't make the ipod but if you want to load movies onto your ipod you need to download Itunes and make sure the ipod you have is compatible with video formating, not all ipods can have movies on them. For itunes go to www.apple.com/itunes/

iTunes is capable of syncing photos to your iPod. Plug your iPod into the computer that you sync with, go to the device in iTunes, and there should be a Photos tab. Tell it to sync a particular folder, navigate to the photo you want, and copy it across. Note: If you sync your iPod automatically with iTunes, don't delete the photo from your computer, or it will be removed from your iPod aswell. This is tested and works with an iPhone. It may be slightly different for the iPod that you have.
The photos you send to a file of your computer and you open itunes and in your iPod you put selec file and you select the file were you send the photos First plug in your iPod, when iTunes go up go click on your iPod Nano, when you do that go to the picture tab I'm pretty sure that their is a uploading thing. If this does not work reply here I will be a member so u can now me well good luck
Nope, no sharing apps.
You can. But you shall know that iTunes songs are under DRM protection. Before you send them to your friends you shall firstly remove the protection other wise your friends can not enjoy them. And I recommend you to use Daniusoft Media Converter to do so. It is probably easier if you use poptoken.com to do this. It allows you to give your friend mp3s and uses Amazon for mp3 delivery which means all the songs are DRM free and will download instantly to iTunes.
Clicking the Forgot Password? button when logging in to iTunes will automatically send you an email to resolve the problem.
