Task Manager
You cannot fly a kite from the Windows task manager. Seriously, it would be easier to tell you what you can do rather than what you cannot do. The task manager allows you to view all running processes, examine CPU, memory and resource consumption, execute new processes and terminate stalled processes.

Ok ive had this problem in the past and there is a solution. While you cannot use windows task manager to do this there is an excellent piece of software to allow you to do this. Its called 'enditall' and is free or can be downloaded from me if u contact me. If brings up all system processes and allows you to 'close' or 'kill' all background unnecssary processes.

Task Manager would be a good example of a file manager, it manages all your applications, processes and network activity that the computer and you are using. Also documents is a good location as it stores all your documents in a secure place.
If you mean the processes in windows :- Hit CTRL ALT & DEL together - when the menu screen shows, select Start Task Manager. Click on the Processes tab in the small window that pops up - that'll show you a list of all the processes that are running. Select which process you want to terminate, and click the End Process button. Once you're finished - click on the little red X to close the window, and return to your desktop
You are not able to delete anything in the task manager, all you are do is ending the process which will be restarted on reboot.
