No.
The computer on a 2000 Chrysler Sebring is reset by disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes. This forces it to power off and restart.
From the manual - your battery may be dead or very low. From experience - disconnect the negative battery cable for 1-5 minutes to let everything power down. Then reconnect. This "restart" worked for us. Good luck!
Chrysler does not have reset buttons
To restart a Lexus IS250 after recharging the battery, first ensure that all electrical accessories are turned off. Insert the key fob into the ignition slot (or have it inside the vehicle if it’s a keyless model) and press the brake pedal. Then, turn the ignition key to the "Start" position or press the "Start" button. The engine should start, but if it doesn’t, check the battery connections and ensure they are secure.

Try leaving your positive cable hooked up and unhooking your negative cable for about 5 to 10 min. Sometimes this will reset the computer. Hope this helps.
