They have no say in the matter, and have people that will cut corners for them to save money. Remember, whichever manufacturer made your car,spend alot of time making all of that safety stuff work in unison on your vehicle. A poor auto body, or, auto mechanics work can circumvent all that safety equiptment, leaving your family in an unsafe vehicle. Also, if they use used replacement parts rather than new, the job doesn't come out as well. Always question anyone who is trusted to repair your vehicle. Anyone who becomes irritated with your questions probably is not someone you want working on your vehicle. Remember also, it is your right to request your old parts be returned to you upon pick up of your vehicle, for your inspection.
