No. There are many concessions jobs that do not require college degrees, working for contractors in the hotels, gift shops, etc. To be an NPS employee, fee collection jobs (known in the business as VUAs or Visitor Use Assistants) do not require a college degree. Many maintenance positions do not require college degrees, but may require some other sort of training or appreticeship depending on the type of job. To be a park ranger, you need either a year's worth of experience at the next lower pay grade (GS-04, the same as a VUA) or a college degree.
