Do you have to have a controller to use the mic on guitar hero wii?
yes you need to have a controller to be able to use the mic. (you can use the mic on guitar hero 4 and upwards)
You can`t... Since the Plug in for the Guitar hero Mic is a USB and the Controller is way different from a USB Plug in.
Mic- PS3 Controller & mic Guitar- PS3 Guitar Bass- PS3 Guitar Drums- Ps3 Drums JA
Xbox360: Plug the mic into one of the USB ports in the xbox and turn on a controller. Use this controller to join, pick your rocker etc. and then just use the mic to sing.
No, you have to have the headset that plugs into controller or the wireless one you can purchase...
No, you can use the guitar hero 3 controller, which is wireless, for guitar hero two
Yes, you can play Guitar Hero while using your wireless Xbox 360 controller. The wireless standard controller is all I play Guitar Hero with, the guitar is too complicated and the controller just makes everything easier. The only thing I haven't figured out about Guitar Hero when you use the standard controller is how you use the Whammy Bar. Otherwise, the controller is an excellent way to play Guitar Hero.
Rock Band 2. DJ hero looks confusing with the DJ shaped comtroller and you can only use a guitar hero guitar controller not a drumset or a mic. So, rock band 2.
I don't believe you can use the PS3 Guitar Hero controller on the PC to play anything
Insert another Guitar Hero controller, The Guitar Hero Controller if you are playing with a system controller, or your system controller if you have a Guitar Hero controller. I use a Fender Cream Strat when I'm using Guitar Hero for my PlayStation 2. That is because my piano teacher, Rick loves Fender Strats.
That completely depends. Is the guitar hero 3 controller for the same platform as the guitar hero 2 controller ? (I.e. xbox 360 or ps2)
Sadly, the game requires you have the GH microphone plugged in. Just like in Rock Band, there is no way to use the controller for any other instrument.
yes you can i have a guitar from guitar hero 3 and it works on guitar hero 5, but you cant use a guitar hero 5 guitar on 1,2 or 3 because it is usb port powerd and those 3 games get the controller from the controller port.
Yes, Guitar Hero 2 controller will work in any other guitar hero game same as guitar hero world tour controller can work on any guitar hero game, But you cant use xbox360 controller on another console guitar hero game.
You can't unless you pick up a mic that has the buttons attached (third-party mics NOT official mics). Otherwise sorry, you have to use a controller.
no, you can use a controller.
Will Guitar Hero World Tour drums and mic work with Guitar Hero 3 and other versions of Guitar Hero?
You cannot use the drums and mic on previous games because the controllers were not made at the time that guitar hero 3 was made.
haven't played guitar hero in years but for PS3 I know it was the Ls and Rs with one button on the face of the controller. That was the case for guitar hero 3
You can use the Xbox 360 headset, the Guitar Hero mic, or or Rock Band mic.
Make sure the console is turned off first, then plug the microphone into the console's USB port. Then turn the game on and use a controller to navigate.
You can use it the same way you would use it on Guitar Hero 3. But it has more lag than the Guitar Hero 2 controller.
yes. its the same thing
Yes you do get to.
Will the Wii Guitar Hero III controller be compatible with the Wii versions of Guitar Hero Aerosmith and Guitar Hero IV?
It is compatible with Guitar Hero: Aerosmith and Guitar Hero: World Tour. Yeah, they use the same exact controller. The Aerosmith one just has a different faceplate
No, you could use your game controller. But, it would be more fun and of an experience if you had a guitar for Guitar Hero.
you don't use it
Yes, it is possible to use Guitar Hero 1 Contoller on Guitar Hero 3, also on all of the Guitar Hero games.
Yes. The Guitar hero mic is basically a Logitech USB mic. So, it works fine with Sing it! You can also use it with your PC if you get the urge.
if its wireless ya if wired uh........no
well you can use the controller but its a better expirence if you have the guitar
Guitar Hero™ Kramer Striker Wireless Guitar Controller
Unfortunately, no, a Rock Band guitar controller will not work for Guitar Hero games. However, a Guitar Hero guitar controller will work for Rock Band. You could also use the wire less Rock Band Guitar on Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock
Just plug it in.
You own some Guitar Hero games on the Xbox and you were wondering is it possible to play other Xbox games with the Guitar Hero guitar controller?
Probably not but go ahead and give it a try you would be able to use your guitar hero guitar controller for all of the Rockband games
Yes you can use a wireless microphone
a Guitar Hero guitar controller will work for Rock Band. You could also use the wire less Rock Band Guitar on Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock
If it has same buttons it should just be able to plug in
You can't use a PS2 contrroller in Guitar Hero. You can only attatch a Wii remote into the back and then play.
Yes you can. The only thing you'll miss are the slide-buttons. It ads an additional fun-factor. That's all. Any guitar hero controller will work on any guitar hero game, as long as it is on the same console :) epic win. I use guitar hero 2 controller on world tour
Yeah you can use the GH I-III controllers as guitar and bass controllers in rock band. Although you can not use the Guitar Hero 1-3 guitar controllers on the PS3 console. You will need to buy the Rock Band guitar controller.
Because the console controller is considered part of the singer's peripheral, no, you must use a Guitar Hero guitar.
yeah the guitars are interchangable between all the games
it depends what you want to do i mean if your a guitar fanatic then no but if you have a rock band game then you can use them on guitar hero
You can. You can also use the regular controller.
ya you can just use your controller instead
For wii you don't need the guitar, you can just use the controller.
u cannot use the gh3 guitar for ps2 for the PC
No, only the guitars
yes if it is for playstation 2
yes, all of the guitar hero controllers are compatible within the same console. For example any guitar hero controller made for ps2 will work on any guitar hero game on ps2.
Yes you could because you will still need a guitar to play so yes. unless you want a wireless guitar
