You cannot get grass seeds in Minecraft. However if you want to plant some along with some flowers you can use bonemeal on some dirt/grass and it will grow.

Yes. Minecraft costs 1600 Microsoft points (or $20). If you or a friend happens to own it already, there's a way using download sharing to enable both Xbox devices with Minecraft. YouTube provides an excellent source of this information for free. In order to share downloads, you have to download your friend's account onto you Xbox and log in to that account. Once logged in, you must go to purchases and find a tab that (I believe) says something about Download sharing. Make sure to have that enabled. Then, log back into your account and Minecraft should work as normal.
